NAACAM congratulates manufacturing company, 𝐙𝐅 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐟ö𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐀 on achieving a Level 4 B-BBEE rating.

As part of their transformation strategy, the company takes on average over 40 YES for Youth candidates per annum, as well as multiple learnerships. Supporting the development of their surrounding community, ZF Lemförder SA also sponsors grassroots sporting clubs.

The company’s new accreditation is evidence that the automotive components sector is forging ahead when it comes to transformation and achieving the ambitions of the South African Automotive Master Plan 2035.
