Bridgestone Welcomes New Female CFO

NAACAM, congratulates member Bridgestone South Africa (Pty) Ltd as they welcome their first female CFO, Prinisha Khoosal on 1 September 2020.

Ms Khoosal is a seasoned Commercial Finance Executive with 22 years of experience having had various roles with high profile companies. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Finance and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is currently pursuing a managerial level certificate with The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Her core competencies include:
• Strong commercial orientation and exceptional financial,
conceptual and analytical skills understanding the business, and partnering to drive the business imperatives have been a key success factor over the years.
• People focused and inclusive – lead, inspire and motivate people by empowering them to deliver distinctive results.
• Strategic thinking – the ability to balance the short and the long-term imperatives of business delivery.
