#HighGearSA KZN-based NAACAM members are now invited to join NAACAM’s High Gear Programme as hosts TVET engineering students’ work-based exposure and learning.
While host companies are contributing to the development of industry needs-driven manufacturing skills, becoming a host company has numerous benefits- these include potential recruitment, B-BBEE points and industry recognition, among others. High Gear is managed by International Youth Foundation and NAACAM. Hosting options range from half a day to two weeks.
