Tanette’s advice to her younger self and other women in the sector:

#ThingsIWishIKnew: Become part of the automotive community and network regularly. It is about creating trusting relationships and helping others within the industry to succeed.

#TheFutureIsFemale: Be open and honest and share your own story and experiences. At the same time it is also important to listen to other women’s stories and experiences and offer advice where you can.
