Malben Engineering was first opened in 1974 by its six founders, including the founder and current owner Amerigo Smargiasso. The Company currently operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities based in Nigel and offers a fully vertically integrated service, which includes tool manufacturing, component production/assembly, and surface finishing.
Malben Engineering’s 50th-anniversary celebration is a milestone that reflects the passion for excellence of the company. Speaking about the success the business has enjoyed over the past 50-years, Operational Director, Luca Smargiasso shared, ““One of our key differentiators is that we have also entrenched a culture of ownership in our people. That is where real sustainability comes in – it is inter-generational and broad-based.”
