On Thursday, 26 July 2024, NAACAM held its Eastern Cape Regional Meeting hosted at SJM Flex SA. NAACAM CEO, Renai Moothilal presented an overview of component sector interests over the 6th administration and priority focus areas looking ahead.
Along with Renai, Dave Coffey, CEO of AAAM – African Association of Automotive Manufacturers presented on the progress AAAM is making in developing an African automotive industry, and Jabulani Selumane, CEO of AITF – Automotive Industry Transformation Fund gave an overview of the APDP 2 Transformation Fund.
Aside from the presentations, attendees had the opportunity to tour SJM Flex’s facilities and network.
