On 9 September, NAACAM hosted its Western Cape Regional Meeting and Member Appreciation Event at Creative Graphics International (CGI), bringing together members from across the province’s automotive component manufacturing sector.
The meeting provided members with an update on the current automotive landscape and NAACAM’s activities. I also provided a platform for engagement on key industry priorities, challenges and areas requiring collective attention.
NAACAM Western Cape Regional Vice Chair Shaun Rosenstein welcomed members followed by a presentation on CGI and its operations.
The programme included a presentation by Alan Barr on the KPMG Private Enterprise Barometer report.
Lebalang Molobele, NAACAM Head of Skills and People Development, provided an update on NAACAM’s activities with a particular focus on sector policy discussions.
The meeting concluded with reflections on the importance of ongoing engagement and collaboration across the association and its regional membership base.
