Nozipho holds a BTech in Public Management. She has vast experience in the co-ordination and management of industrial development projects at a provincial- and national-level. Her experience has allowed her to develop a keen understanding of the key dynamics driving industrialisation in the country. She has a specific affinity for Black supplier development and competitiveness improvement.
Nozipho’s role within NAACAM is varied but her primary focus is the country’s largest automotive development initiative, the Automotive Supply Chain Competitiveness Initiative (ASCCI). As a result of working on industry development Programmes at NAACAM, she has developed a keen acumen and aptitude for engaging and managing stakeholder relations in both the private and public sectors. In addition she manages all member related activities and is the primary point of contact for all NAACAM members.
