NAACAN To Unlock Critical Issues Facing South Africa’s Industrial Sector at TWIMS Seminar on 27 August

NAACAM COO Ndu Chala will participate in a Breakfast Seminar on 27 August 2026, hosted by Toyota Wessels Institute for Manufacturing Studies (TWIMS).  

The session, titled: “Shaping Future Industry: Gender, Generation and Leadership,” will explore critical issues facing South Africa’s industrial sector, including:  

• Breaking entrenched gendered leadership systems
• Navigating intergenerational workplace dynamics
• Building future-ready industrial ecosystems
• Turning DEI from intent into measurable impact  

Ndu will join other senior industry leaders in this practical, executive-level conversation focused on driving meaningful transformation in manufacturing and industry.  

The event will take place at TWIMS offices 74 Everton Road, Kloof, Durban
